The Effect of Self-Leadership on the Innovative Career Performance of Faculty Members at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences: The Mediating Role of Professional Development

Background. The research aims to investigate the potential correlation between self-leadership and innovative job performance among faculty members at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Methods. current study employs a quantitative approach with practical purpose. method used is descriptive correlational, utilizing structural equation modeling. focuses on Sciences during academic year 2021-2022. According statistical resources, there were 793 university in mentioned period. As per Morgan's table, sample size consisted 260 individuals. methods utilized collect required data standard questionnaire occupational innovation developed by Etlai Akif (1982), professional development Davarpanah (2018), Rahimi, et al. (2019). To statistically analyze data, SPSS 23 software was first verify normality studied variables. calculate coefficients them, AMOS Ver. utilized.
